For families and groups of friends we create a feeling of being at home when you first arrive. There will be refreshments and snacks for you the first day, and we will have already done a bit of shopping for you so that you can just relax. You decide how many and which kinds of activities you would like, and we either accompany you or we arrange it for you after discussing your plans with you. We are available around the clock by phone to answer all of your questions and to help you any way that we can, and we are available daily for in-person discussions, if you prefer, for no extra cost.

The places to which we might accompany you include things like a family-run pasta factory, a visit to chat with a local farmer, a trip to a winemaker's shop and a bit of wine tasting, a long walk through Etruscan tombs, or season permitting, olive picking, chestnut or mushroom gathering, or simply a picnic in the local forest using the public woodfired pizza oven. It really all depends on what you want.

We will personally take you into the local town to show you the local cafes and small shops that natives use so you may stock up on groceries, introducing you to our acquaintances along the way.

Activities can either be kid- and family-friendly, or they can be things enjoyed primarily by adults. For an extra fee we can arrange to have a professional Tuscan Tour Guide show you around someplace like Pisa, Siena, or San Gimignano, or have a wine expert take you wine tasting at wineries of a local "Wine Road".

Regarding meals, you decide whether you want to cook meals for yourselves or have locals do it for you according to your wishes and budget. Please see our standard services included in all Nostra Toscana packages.
